Abstract:
Edge-betweenness centrality is a key metric in network analysis that assigns a real value to each edge in a graph, reflecting its importance in terms of information flow or connectivity. It is particularly useful in the study of biological and social networks for identifying critical connections. In this article, we investigate the edge-betweenness centrality of edges in several wheel-related graphs, including the helm graph, gear graph, closed flower graph, triangulated wheel graph, and sunflower graph. Our results provide insights into the structural properties of these graphs and contribute to the broader understanding of edge significance in complex networks.
